Supporting information
1. Background information
As part of telecommunication upgrades, a wayleave is required to install 14 linear meters of underground duct and cables with associated fixtures and fittings.
The telecommunications supply is required to continue servicing Rugby Police Station.
The equipment will be located in the grass verge area to the front of the Police Station and connects the supply from within the highway into the already installed distribution box within the PCC owned land. Details of the route of the ductwork are shown within the wayleave agreement attached in Appendix 1.
The location of the route has minimal impact on the usage of the site, it is wholly located within an area of verge to the front of the site and will have no impact during installation on the use of car parking, or access into or from the site.
If in future, there is a requirement to, an application for the relocation of the services is possible to facilitate the alterations.
Openreach will install the supply and return the ground to the previous condition. This will be post inspected by the Strategic Estates and Asset Manager.
