Q: I have one question that pertains to the Commissioner and the Chief Executive. Were they, in any way, prior to taking up their present role: – Connected to the police?
A: The Police and Crime Commissioner was not connected to the Police prior to taking up his role. The Warwickshire Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner Chief Executive was previously a Police Chief Superintendent.
