Q1. On the 21 March 2022 Philip Seccombe announced that North Lodge would be restored. Scaffolding commenced in November 2023 (See photo). We have received numerous enquiries asking when this work will be completed. Can you please confirm the anticipated completion date for the external works and the projected final cost.
A – Works to ensure the building is weathertight, are scheduled to recommence on 27th August 2024 with an estimated completion date at the end of October 2024
