PCC questions raised in meetings with the Chief Constable:
- Trust and Confidence, and engagement with communities
- Criminal Justice matters including prison capacity, Early Prison Release, Operations Safeguard and Early Dawn, case file quality, Custody resourcing and working with partners
- HMICFRS Inspection of Serious and Organised Crime (insert link), and the Warwickshire Police action plan
- Health and Wellbeing matters including mental health issues, sickness levels
- Hunting – plans for the review of force activities
- Contacting Warwickshire Police, including how suicidal callers are supported, the latest update on technology improvements (including call back assist)
- Protocols for contacting the PCC when serious incidents or matters of high public concern occur
- Statistics around crime detection and outcomes and how the force will communicate these to residents
- Use of retrospective facial recognition and potential for future use of live facial recognition.
- Right Care, Right Person, and partnership working specifically with Health
