Following the publication of the Police and Crime Plan 2021-2025, police performance was scrutinised through the Governance and Performance Board. The board met monthly, with performance data scrutinised quarterly and published alongside the relevant meeting papers.
From July 2024, this meeting was replaced by the Governance and Scrutiny Board.
