June 2016 saw an exciting milestone in ensuring that vulnerable people are protected from harm with the official opening of the Warwickshire Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (known as the MASH). PCC Philip Seccombe met with a number of the agencies involved in the MASH at the launch event at Warwick Shirehall. The MASH sees staff from a wide range of agencies working together under one roof to ensure proper joined-up communications and activity to keep people safe.
