More than 50 people turned out at Over Whitacre Village Hall in North Warwickshire for a Rural Forum in May 2016, where they could meet with police, fire and other community safety partners alongside the Police and Crime Commissioner to discuss crime in the rural community.
The event was organised by Carol Cotterill, Rural Crime Co-ordinator for North Warwickshire, along the theme of ‘working together’, with the aim of listening to the concerns of the public and also helping them to understand the work of the partners to help them reduce crime, particularly for rural and agricultural businesses.
