Your Right to Information

Information we publish about our work

In order to comply with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, public sector organisations such as ours have to routinely publish information whenever possible.  We do this through our Publication Scheme.

The purpose of this scheme is to make the maximum amount of information easily available to the public to explain the work undertaken by the Commissioner and their office, how finances are spent, what policies and procedures we follow and how decisions are made.

We publish a log of the information we have provided in response to Freedom of Information requests.

Go the FOI Disclosure Log

If you are unable to find the information you require in our Publication Scheme, through our FOI Disclosure logs or elsewhere on our website, you can make a request under the Freedom of Information Act legislation.  Find out more about your right to information and how you can make a request on our Freedom of Information page.
