Q1. Can you confirm the extent of this work; i.e. I presume this covers the work described in planning application W/23/0377/LB and the work to the roof timbers due to water damage, as discussed during our meeting on the 15th August 2024.
A – The budget outlined covers the works to include the fitting of new windows and doors, roofing repairs to ensure the property is watertight, replacement of elements of the porch canopy and associated costs for scaffolding and professional fees.
As discussed at our meeting on the 16th October 2024, due to conducting bat surveys prior to the commencement of the works to the roof, the project has now been delayed and the works detailed will not all be completed in their entirety by the end of October 2024. We are awaiting the bat emergence survey season in May 2025 prior to commencing any further works.
Q2. Can you confirm when work will commence to the interior of the property and the anticipated cost?
A – This information is not held. There is currently no budget for the refurbishment of the internals to the property and no estimated programme.
